At 10:40 yesterday morning, Yunnan's first high-speed train departed from Kunming South Station. It is understood that in accordance with the unified arrangement of the China Railway Corporation, the Kunming Railway Bureau will take the lead in organizing and officially launch the joint commissioning of the Yunnan section of the Shanghai-Kunming passenger train on the 5th, marking the countdown to the opening of the Shanghai-Kunming passenger train at the end of the year.

The construction of the Yunnan section of the Shanghai-Kunming passenger train started in September 2010. After opening operation: Kunming to Guiyang will be shortened from the current 7 hours to about 2 hours. Kunming to Changsha will be shortened from the current 19 hours to about 5 hours. Kunming to Guangzhou will be shortened from the current 25 hours to about 7 hours. Kunming to Shanghai and Beijing will be shortened from the current 40 hours to about 10 hours.

High-speed rail runs fast, and safety is more important. It is reported that the joint commissioning test aims to achieve the design speed of the Yunnan section of the Shanghai-Kunming passenger college. The main contents include rails, roadbeds, bridges, tunnels, traction power supply, contact networks, communications, signals, passenger transportation services, natural disasters and foreign body intrusion limit monitoring systems, integrated grounding, sound barriers, etc. During this period, through the launch of test trains, comprehensive commissioning and testing of equipment such as rails, circuits, communications, locomotives, and vehicles will be carried out to thoroughly rectify existing problems to ensure safe and stable driving after operation. The entire work plan is completed within the year and officially opened for operation at the end of the year.

The technical solutions provided by Nanda Automation, the disaster prevention monitoring system for the Yunnan section of the Shanghai-Kunming line, are as follows:

The high security requirements of high-speed railways put forward high reliability requirements for disaster prevention monitoring systems. This scheme has been designed in a targeted manner, and full consideration has been given to redundancy. The redundant PLC system realizes full system redundancy, including power supply redundancy, CPU redundancy, IO module redundancy, communication module redundancy, Ethernet redundancy, etc., which fully guarantees the reliability of the system.

The hot standby redundant PLC system adopts the complete hot standby mode, which is full hardware redundancy. Data backup is performed between hot standby PLC systems through hot standby redundant cables. If any module fails to work or is diagnosed as a fault, all controlled devices and modes can be automatically switched to operate without interruption and disturbance. At the same time, it can be manually switched through the monitoring software and the hardware button of the PLC system. Regardless of the switching method, the entire system can be switched without disturbance.

Realization of hot standby redundant PLC system:

The data backup between the master-slave system is completed through the high-speed channel between the hot standby PLC systems, and the communication rate can reach 100Mbps.

Complete data exchange within one scan cycle, processing speed is further improved, real-time performance is better than similar products at home and abroad.

Fully independent intellectual property rights can provide a flexible hot standby redundancy scheme hot standby, the conditions of participating in the master-slave PLC system switching users can be configured and programmed according to their actual needs to complete.

If the master PLC system fails, the master-slave PLC system can be switched after one scan cycle, which can be completed in 100ms, and the switching time is shorter.
