The plastic weaving process is composed of two processes: plastic woven flat wire manufacturing and plastic woven. This article discusses the automation of plastic knitting machines based on the Nanda Auto Extension technology platform. Plastic cylinder knitting machine (circular loom) is the basic process equipment of plastic woven enterprises. The automation of plastic knitting machines is of great significance for improving the output and quality of plastic knitted products and reducing the cost of human resources.

Processing equipment for plastic braided tube cloth

The process of producing plastic woven woven cloth from plastic flat yarn is to weave the flat yarn into a cloth by interlacing warp and weft. For the weaving process of tube cloth, weaving using circular loom. There are many spindles on the warp frame of the circular loom. According to the width of the woven fabric and the width of the flat yarn, a specified number of warp yarns are used. Before the warp yarn enters the circular loom, the warp yarns are cross-opened by the brown frame of the warp yarn. The weft yarn shuttle is woven in a circular cloth through the warp yarns in a circular motion in the cross opening.

Circular loom is a textile equipment that uses PP (polypropylene) or HDPE (high density polyethylene) flat yarn as raw materials to weave into a cylindrical woven cloth. Circular loom weaves multiple weft yarns simultaneously through multiple shuttles to realize the process of weaving flat yarns with warp and weft into cloth. There are many spindles on the warp frame, according to the width of the woven fabric and the width of the flat yarn, a certain number of warp yarns are selected. Before the warp yarns enter the circular loom, the brown frames cross-open the warp yarns. While the warp is lifted, the weft is wound on the cylinder at equal intervals and woven into a tube cloth. If the warp yarn is changed to split yarn, double yarn and folded yarn during weaving, high-strength container bags can be woven, and cloth for bags can be woven. The main indicators in the production process of woven fabrics are composed of: woven density, width, tensile strength, weight per unit area of woven fabric, etc.

Electromechanical principle of circular loom

The circular loom has three main motion mechanisms and two auxiliary motion mechanisms.

Let off part

The let-off roller is mostly active let-off. It has its own torque motor, reducer and drive chain to drive the let-off roller to rotate. Passive let-off has no driving force. It is driven by the flat ribbon pulled by the host to rotate it. It is suitable for flat yarn with high linear density. Active let-off roller is also called automatic let-off roller. In this project, the warp let-off part is driven by the frequency converter with motor to realize the warp feeding of the equipment, and the frequency converter is used to control the speed to achieve a constant tension in the warp let-off part. The warp frame is generally composed of a steel tube or a section steel as a skeleton, and the support shaft and the backing plate of the warp tubes are arranged and fixed in rows and columns.

Host part

The main body of the circular loom is composed of a motor, a reduction system and a machine base to form a transmission system. The slider is driven by the main turntable, and the slider drives the brown belt (brown frame). The brown wire, together with the jumper (tension rod) assembly, ring gauge, etc., constitute the opening mechanism. The weft insertion mechanism is composed of a push shuttle bar and a shuttle. The circular loom has no special beating structure. It is driven by the tension rod on the shuttle to drive the front roller. The shuttle runs around the circle and pulls the flat ribbon into the ring gauge (weave) to complete the beating. In the host machine, the frequency converter with a motor realizes the rotation of the main turntable.

Lifting part

Circular loom winding mechanism-upper traction system and winder. The upper traction system is driven by the main machine at the same time. It changes the weft density by the weft-changing gear, decelerates by the reducer, and pulls the woven cloth by a pair of flat rollers. The output woven cloth is wound into a cloth roll by the winder. The winder consists of a torque motor, a speed reducer and a two-roller flat roll.
